  • Alternatively, if the buyer agrees to purchase another item to replace the undelivered one, Upstage Machinery will offer a 10% discount on the replacement item.

4. Extended Delivery Time: If the item is delivered after 10 weeks from the date of the transaction under the terms outlined above, the buyer will receive a 5% discount on the transaction amount as compensation for the delay.
